Who is responsible
verification.media is run by Verad, a brand of Ponta Oy, a company registered in Finland. Ponta Oy is the data controller for the personal data described here. For anything related to this notice, write to camilo@verad.co.
What we collect when you sign
Your first and last name, work email, role, company and LinkedIn profile, together with your consent to publish your signature.
Why we use it
To check that each signature is genuine and to publish it on this site. Only your name, role and company are published. Your email and LinkedIn profile are used to verify your signature and, if needed, to contact you about it. They are never published.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, and your signature will be removed from the site. Withdrawing does not affect what was published before.
Who processes it for us
Signatures are stored in HubSpot, our CRM, in its EU data center. The site is hosted and delivered by Google Cloud. Both act as our processors under data processing agreements. Where data is handled outside the EU or EEA, this happens under safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as your signature is published. If you withdraw your signature, or if we decide not to publish it, we delete the data you submitted within 30 days.
When you visit the site
This site uses no cookies, no tracking scripts and no third-party fonts. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical data for each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the page you came from. We use these server logs only for security and to count visits in aggregate, and they are deleted after 30 days. If you use the Share on LinkedIn button, LinkedIn’s own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format, by writing to camilo@verad.co. We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; in Finland, this is the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

If we change this notice, we will update the date above.
